SOLD AS PET ONLY - the kitten/cat
shall not, at anytime, be bred from and shall, on attaining the age of 6 months, be neutered/spayed. The Breeder shall withhold
ALL PAPERWORK until veterinary confirmation, in the form of
the breeders 'Confirmation of Neutering/Spaying' form having been signed by the vet
and stamped with the practice stamp, is received by
the Breeder. The kitten/cat shall not, at anytime, be entered in ANY cat
show without the prior knowledge and written consent
of the Breeder. Should the kitten/cat be bred from, thus breaking this 'Contract of Sale', the Breeder has the right to repossess the
kitten/cat and any resulting progeny with no recompense to the Purchaser.
SOLD AS BREEDING (Queens) - only
matings with suitable, registered cats shall be arranged in compliance with GCCF rules and appropriate Breeding Policies. Any
resulting kittens shall be reared, vaccinated and sold/re-homed
in accordance with GCCF guidelines. No responsibility can be accepted by
the Breeder should the kitten/cat fail to succeed as a breeding
queen.
SOLD AS STUD - the kitten/cat
shall ONLY be used for private stud on the Purchaser's queens. At no time
shall the kitten/cat be used at open stud unless by
prior written agreement of the Breeder. No responsibility can be
accepted by the Breeder should the kitten/cat fail to succeed as a stud cat.
I can ONLY state that the kitten/cat is entire and
an 'Entirety Certificate', completed by my vet, will be provided with the
kitten/cat at the time of sale.
SOLD AS SHOW POTENTIAL - the
Breeder cannot guarantee success in competition. Show kittens/cats are
ONLY sold as having show potential and no known faults.
The kitten/cat shall be fed and cared
for appropriately and shall be given veterinary care as and when it is
necessary. If proper care of the kitten/cat is not
taken the Breeder reserves the right to take back the kitten/cat without any
recompense to the Purchaser.
The kitten/cat MUST be
kept as an INDOOR ONLY cat and NOT be allowed outside unsupervised unless in a
purpose built
cat run or cat proofed garden.
The kitten/cat shall
NOT, at anytime, be re-sold or re-homed without the Breeder's prior knowledge
and consent. The Breeder reserves the right to take
back the kitten/cat, should such a situation arise, or to participate in
agreeing the new home should it be impractical for
the kitten/cat to be returned to the Breeder.
No
responsibility can be accepted by the Breeder for any illness occurring after
purchase or for any stress related
symptoms caused
by the kitten leaving it's mother and litter mates, from travelling or settling
into it's new home. ALL kittens will have had
two health checks by the Breeder's vet at the time of both vaccinations.
SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE NOT BE ADHERED TO, THE BREEDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
TAKE BACK THE KITTEN/CAT WITHOUT ANY RECOMPENSE TO
THE PURCHASER.
